Shipping Policy

USA Orders & Shipping 

Our products are shipped within 1-3 Days using the following carriers: USPS, FedEx & DHL.

Free standard shipping is included on all orders and is guaranteed to arrive within 3 to 7 business days. Military APO/FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes may require additional time for delivery.

International Orders & Shipping

Our products are shipped within 1-3 Days using the following carriers: DHL or Fastest Postservice

Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery

Payment of additional duties and taxes may be required before your order is released from customs, depending on the delivery address.

Undeliverable Packages

Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be abandoned or returned to Winssy as an undeliverable package. If this occurs, please contact us at service@winssy.com to make arrangements for reshipment.

Canceled Orders

We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, you should notify our customer service to cancel orders before 02:00 PM (PST) on the same day the order was placed by contacting service@winssy.com. Make sure to include your order number when requesting an order cancellation.(Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.)

 

The shipping time is up to multiple factors, like the destination country, custom, weather, and so on, which is hard to control. This is what we are working on all the time to make it better and improved.

We will send you an email when your order has shipped, and you can review your order and shipping information and processing on your account if you have registered.
