Returns & Refunds Policy

Customer's satisfaction is priority for Winssy. We have extended our refund policy to 60 days for every customer who tries to purchase our products. If you do not satisfied with our goods and want to send them back to get a refund, please mail us: service@winssy.com, we will get back to you within 3days.

Return Conditions
1. All return request must be made with 60 Days your package has been delivered.
2. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s unclean, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. 

Return Shipping Fee
1. The return shipping cost is covered by Winssy if we sent wrong items, quality problems or other reasons which accepted by our customer services team. 
2. For product returns that are not a result of a Winssy error, you will need ship the item at your own expense, such as ordered an incorrect color, size, product or simply want to exchange the item. 

Return & Refund Process
1. Ask for the permission of returning and refund according to our policy stated. Get in touch with us by sending us an email to service@winssy.com first.
2. The written request must include the Order Number and the Item Code(s) to be returned, the reason for the return: refund, size exchange, or color exchange, and an explanation and photographs stating the reason.
3. Once your request has been approved, please send the item back to the return address and provide the tracking number. (Item returned must be in the original packing).

4. Returns will be processed within 3 days upon receipt of your package. Once the returned merchandise is received a credit will be issued based on the original payment method.
